Spaghetti with Meat and Bean Sauce

1/2 pound ground turkey
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can (14 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) white northern beans, rinsed and drained
1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Cooked spaghetti noodles

In skillet, cook meat and onion; drain.

Stir in tomatoes, beans, sauce, and seasonings. Bring to a boil and reduce heat. Cover and simmer 8 minutes. Serve over pasta.

*My Notes:*
-This is a very healthy meal. To make even healthier use wheat pasta.
