2 eggs, beaten
1-1/2 cups milk
2 cups flour
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix together and put into funnel. Swirl into little cakes. Put on hot fat; brown on both sides and dip into confectioner's sugar. Serve warm.
