1 pkg. ( 8 oz) cream cheese
1/2 cup butter
1 pound confectioners' sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
Combine ingredients listed above, beating well. Add nuts if desired and mix.

-Cocoa may be added for a chocolate cream cheese frosting
